Police Reports

The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:

Adams Twp

March 13 — Andrew S. Brady, 29, of Beaver Falls, was charged with four misdemeanor counts of drug possession. Police said marijuana, THC cartridges and prescription bottles were found in his vehicle.

March 13 — Edward L. Decicco, 42, of Valencia, was charged with misdemeanor theft. Police said he failed to pay for two baby goats.

Butler City

March 15 — Jedediah L. Owens-Vickers, 30, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault. Police said he struck someone in the face.

Buffalo Township

March 13 — Daniel P. Adamik, 53, of Sarver, was charged with misdemeanor driving with a suspended license after police said they stopped him March 1 on Sarver Road.

Cranberry Township

March 14 — James L. Cunningham Jr., 41, of East Liverpool, Ohio, and Jena K. Whittington, 30, of Wellsville, Ohio, were charged with felonies conspiracy and theft. Police said they left Home Depot with $2,098 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

Penn Township

March 14 — Zane M. Pagonis, 18, of Butler, was charged with felony device fraud. Police said he attempted to use a debit card that wasn’t his.

State police, Butler

March 15 — Richard L. Peiffer, 66, of Cabot, was charged with misdemeanor displaying false documents. Police said he had a fraudulent inspection sticker on his vehicle.

March 15 — Dameon P. Hockenberry, 46, of Butler, was charged with a felony and misdemeanor of a false written statement. Police said he answered a question inaccurately when applying to purchase a firearm at Rural King in Center Township.

March 14 — Adam J. Lesseski, 39, of Valencia, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of driving under the influence after police said he crashed his vehicle Feb. 24 on Glad Mill Road, Clinton Township. Police said a later blood test showed traces of fentanyl in Lesseksi’s blood.

March 14 — Raymond H. Deal, 22, of Ford City, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police said they stopped him March 12 on Unionville Road, Center Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed Deal’s blood alcohol content at 0.149%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

March 13 — Devin M. Harvey, 23, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of DUI after police said they stopped him March 12 on Route 8, Clay Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed Harvey’s blood alcohol content at 0.102%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

March 13 — William E. Sonntag, 44, of Slippery Rock, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of DUI after police said they stopped him March 10 on Route 108, Slippery Rock borough. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed Sonntag’s blood alcohol content at 0.216% In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

March 13 — Jeffrey C. Pogorzelski, 39, of Pittsburgh, was charged with felonies theft and forgery and misdemeanor tampering with records. Police said he took a check from a mailbox, changed it to the amount of $1,960 and wrote it to himself.

March 13 — Shannon M. Delprete, 37, of Connoquenessing, and Rachel L. Sharlow, 28, of Butler, were charged with misdemeanor simple assault and summary harassment. Police said they engaged in a fight.
