Sentence court

The following defendants were sentenced Wednesday by Butler County Common Pleas Judge Timothy McCune.

Amanda Ann Beck, 38, of Butler, was sentenced to serve six months of probation, including 14 days of house arrest; pay a $300 fine and $1,532 in restitution; and complete 40 hours of community service, a victim-impact panel and litter pickup after pleading guilty to a charge of driving under the influence filed by Butler Township police following a July 21, 2022, incident.

Donald Burk, 53, of Butler, was sentenced to serve 36 months of probation after pleading guilty to a charge of theft by unlawful taking filed by state police following an Oct. 25, 2021, incident.

Nicholas Allen Edwards, 29, of Butler, was sentenced to serve six months of probation and pay a $100 fine after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct filed by Butler City police following a Jan. 13, 2022, incident.

Kevin Daniel Letterle, 37, of Gibsonia, was sentenced to serve 24 months of probation and perform 25 hours of community service after pleading guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance filed by Jackson Township police following a July 30, 2022, incident.

Steven James McKee Jr., 42, of Kittanning, Armstrong County, was sentenced to serve 12 months of probation and pay $1,837 in restitution to Lowe’s Home Improvement after pleading guilty to a charge of receiving stolen property filed by Butler Township police following a Nov. 21, 2021, incident.

Cassandra Elizabeth Robinson, 45, of West Sunbury, was sentenced to serve six months of probation; pay a $300 fine; and complete 25 hours of community service, a victim-impact panel and litter pickup after pleading guilty to a charge of DUI filed by state police following a May 19, 2020, incident.

Daniel Leroy Wolfe, 37, of Butler, was sentenced to serve six months of probation, pay a $100 fine and complete 25 hours of community service after pleading guilty to a charge of statement under penalty filed by state police following a Sept. 19, 2022, incident.

Samantha Cordelia Byers McGee, 36, of Butler, was sentenced to serve 12 months of probation and perform 50 hours of community service after pleading guilty to a charge of unlawful use of video device in court filed by county detectives following a May 23, 2022, incident.

Alan Dennis Jornigan, 27, of Kittanning, Armstrong County, was sentenced to serve 12 months of probation and pay a $100 fine after pleading guilty to a charge of statement under penalty filed by state police following an April 9, 2022, incident.

Marjorie Elizabeth McAllister, 29, of Adamsburg, Westmoreland County, was sentenced to serve six months of probation; pay a $300 fine and complete 40 hours of community service, a victim-impact panel and litter pickup after pleading guilty to a charge of DUI filed by Saxonburg police following a Jan. 8, 2022, incident.

Brittney R. Rudolph, 39, of Saxonburg, was sentenced to serve 10 to 20 months in prison, followed by 12 months of probation and pay $6,110 in restitution to Butler Armco Credit Union after pleading guilty to a charge of conspiracy to commit access device fraud filed by Butler City police following a Sept. 7, 2022, incident.

Rachel M. Rausch, 42, of Butler, was sentenced to serve 12 months and pay a $100 fine after pleading guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance filed by county detectives following a July 8, 2021, incident; serve 12 months of probation and pay a $100 fine after pleading guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance filed by Evans City Seven Fields Regional police following a Dec. 5, 2021, incident; serve 12 months of probation, complete 25 hours of community service and pay $206 in restitution to Walmart after pleading guilty to a charge of access device fraud filed by Butler Township police following a Feb. 9, 2022, incident; and serve 12 months of probation after pleading guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia filed by Butler Township police following a Feb. 13, 2022, incident.

Tracy Lynn Deal, 52, of Butler, was sentenced to serve six months of probation, including 14 days of house arrest; pay a $1,000 fine; and complete 40 hours of community service, a victim-impact panel and litter pickup after pleading guilty to a charge of DUI filed by state police following a July 10, 2022, incident.

Anthony L. Williams, 32, of Butler, was sentenced to pay a $200 fine after pleading guilty to a charge of public drunkenness filed by Butler Township police following a Sept. 15, 2020, incident; serve 24 months of probation after pleading guilty to a charge of resisting arrest filed by Butler Township police following a May 20, 2020, incident; serve six months to 23 months and 15 days in prison, but was immediately paroled after pleading guilty to a charge of theft by unlawful taking filed by Butler City police following an April 4, 2022, incident.

Adam Marshall Spinner, 33, of Cabot, was sentenced to serve a total of 60 months probation, including nine months of house arrest, pay fines totaling $3,500 and complete 40 hours of community service, a victim-impact panel and litter pickup after pleading guilty to his second DUI offense and driving with a suspended license filed by state police following a May 16, 2022, incident.

James Karl Kaechele, 36, of Butler, was sentenced to serve 60 months of probation, including 120 days of house arrest, pay fines totaling $3,500 and complete a victim-impact panel, 40 hours of community service and litter pickup after pleading guilty to his third DUI offense filed by Butler Township police following a Jan. 28, 2022, incident.

David Paul Yednak, 32, of Cranberry Township, was sentenced to serve six months of probation including 14 days of house arrest, pay fines totaling $1,025 and complete 40 hours of community service, a victim-impact panel and litter pickup after pleading guilty to charges of DUI and careless driving filed by state police following an April 23, 2022, incident.

Noah Lloyd Mowery, 25, of Butler, was sentenced to serve 120 months of probation, including 120 days of house arrest; pay fines totaling $2,500; and complete 40 hours of community service, a victim-impact panel and litter pickup after pleading guilty to his first DUI offense filed by state police following an April 21, 2021, incident and his second DUI offense filed by Butler City police following an Aug. 5, 2022, incident.
