A-C Valley wins big on the road
Jay Clover and Alex Preston combined to put up 42 points and and 15 rebounds as A-C Valley handled West Forest, 89-33, in boys basketball action. The former pinned up 22 points in the first half alone and the Falcons led by 39 at the half.

Knoch notched its first triumph this go-round with a 50-24 decision against Mars. Senior Matt Frank led the way with a pin in the 121-pound bout, while junior Brady Pflugh escaped with 10 seconds left in the 172-pound match. Freshman Owen Layhew earned a 6-2 decision at 160 pounds.

Mackensie Livingston had a team-high 562 pins for the Freeport girls bowling team beat Apollo Ridge, 7-0. Colin Cummings had 614 pins for the boys team, which beat Apollo Ridge by the same score.
