Police Reports

The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Adams Twp

Nov. 14 — Justin J. Roznowski, 37, of Gibsonia, was charged with misdemeanors of license suspension and repeated offenses. Police stopped him Nov. 24, 2021 on Mars-Valencia Road.

Nov. 14 — Matthew A. Thomas, 33, of Mars, and Madison R. Guthrie, 26, of Pittsburgh, were charged with four misdemeanors for possessing drugs. Police found methamphetamine, marijuana, metal grinders, smoking devices and naloxone in their residence during a search.

Nov. 14 — John P. Muska, 61, of Mars, was charged with three misdemeanors for possessing drugs. Police stopped him Oct. 30 on Jones Lane. Police said a glass pipe, marijuana and crack cocaine were found in his vehicle.

Butler City

Nov. 16 — Richard L. Quinn, 56, of Slippery Rock, was charged with misdemeanor driving under the influence. Police stopped him Nov. 5 on Pillow Street. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired and a later breath test showed Quinn’s blood-alcohol content at 0.102%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Nov. 14 — Jennifer P. Reed, 37, of Sharon, was charged with misdemeanor false identification to an officer. Police said she misrepresented herself to officers Nov. 11.

Nov. 13 — Robert D. Green, 43, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanors of simple assault and use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said he threw someone to the ground and had a small amount of suspected cocaine on his person.

Butler Twp

Nov. 21 — Amanda A. Beck, 38, of Butler, was charged with four misdemeanor DUIs. Police said she crashed her vehicle on Route 8. Police said traces of narcotics were found in Beck’s blood.

Nov. 15 — James A. Ganoe, 31, of Rimersburg, was charged with two misdemeanor thefts. Police said he stole a phone from a restaurant and attempted to transfer $500 to himself.

Nov. 14 — Bridget Kaiser, 41, of Ambridge, was cited for harassment and criminal mischief. Police said she smacked a cellphone out of someone’s hand.

Oct. 18 — Wendy Hartnett, 31, of Butler, was cited for disorderly conduct following an incident on Hansen Avenue.

Cranberry Twp

Nov. 14 — Braden G. Kern, 35, of Cranberry Township, was charged with a misdemeanor DUI. Police said they stopped him Oct. 29 on Powell Road. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired.

Jackson Twp

Nov. 14 — Andrew D. Measel, 41, of Zelienople, was charged with fleeing the scene of an accident. Police said he crashed his vehicle Oct. 27 near Route 19 and Zehner School Road.

State Police, Butler

Nov. 16 — Brandon M. Leon, 28, of East Butler, was charged with misdemeanors DUI and disorderly conduct. Police said he attempted to enter a former place of employment.

Nov. 15 — Ashley L. Miller, 33, of Hooversville, was charged with misdemeanor theft. Police said she transferred $400 to herself using another account without permission.

Nov. 15 — Clarence W. Knox Jr., 73, of Evans City, and Danielle N. Haley, 23, of Butler, were involved in a vehicle crash. Police said Knox’s vehicle hit Haley’s.

Nov. 15 — Daniel T. Reconnu, 26, of Coraopolis, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault and summary harassment. Police said he engaged in a physical altercation with someone.

Nov. 15 — Zion A. Scriven, 25, of Slippery Rock, was charged with a misdemeanor DUI. Police said they stopped him Oct. 6 on Ralston Road, Slippery Rock Township, and that field sobriety tests showed he was impaired.

Nov. 14 — Corey A. Faas, 29, of Tarentum, was charged with felony strangulation, misdemeanors simple assault, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest and summary harassment. Police said he struck and choked someone and refused to cooperate with officers.

Nov. 14 — Andrew S. Audo, 30, of Leechburg, was charged with felony child endangerment, misdemeanor simple assault and summary harassment. Police said he threw a child into the front seat of a car and punched a woman.

Nov. 14 — Dzhafar Abuzakhra, 20, of Pittsburgh, was charged with four misdemeanor DUIs. Police said they stopped him Sept. 10 on Old Forge Road, Slippery Rock, and field sobriety tests showed he was impaired. A later blood test showed traces of methamphetamine, clonazepam, THC and sertaline in Abuzakhra’s system, police said.

Nov. 14 — Adam J. Flick, 45, of Cabot, was charged with a misdemeanor DUI. Police said they stopped him Nov. 11 on Hannashstown Road, Jefferson Township, and that he admitted to taking two oxycodone pills before driving.

Nov. 14 — Cameron T. Turner, 33, of Chicora, was charged with misdemeanor theft. Police said he took more than 223 pounds of metal from a business without paying for it.

State Police, Kittanning

Nov. 14 — Devin J. Collins, 31, of Chicora, was charged with three misdemeanor DUIs. Police said they stopped him Sept. 24 on Old Route 422, Clearfield Township, and that field sobriety tests showed he was impaired. A later blood test showed traces of cocaine, benzoylecgonine and oxymorphone in Collins’ system, police said.
