A special thanks
I’d like to say some things about our hospital here in Butler — the emergency room component, specifically.
Several years ago, I spent many nights there with my father, who suffered lung cancer. Recently, I suffered a heart attack, and was there for four days and nights.
The level of professionalism and care provided there is simply unbelievable to me. Every individual, at every position, performed at such a high degree of professionalism, compassion and competency, that it deserves (at minimum) an honest testimonial to that fact.
These people do this in spite of the often chaotic environment, unpredictable and difficult situations, and terrible behavior of “some” patients.
We in this area should all be incredibly grateful for the quality of care and humanitarianism that is present every single day at what has to be one of the finest hospitals in the country.
Thank you, Butler Memorial Hospital, for all you do for us. You are a very special group of people.
