Eligible nonprofit organizations of all sizes can request grant funds from the Southwestern Pennsylvania United Way.

Applications are now being accepted from nonprofits aligned with three investment priorities: meeting basic needs, moving toward financial stability and building for success in school and life, according to a news release.

Funding will be awarded to agencies serving Butler, Allegheny, Armstrong, Fayette and Westmoreland counties.
