I would just like some information. The other day, I was watching a question and answer show with Dr. Oz and Josh Shapiro. I tuned in late, but heard Josh Shapiro say he would plug the wells if he were elected in order to save the gasses and protect the planet.

I would like to know what wells he is referring to. Please, everyone, don’t ignore the debates and question and answer series.
