The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Oct. 3 — Stephen R. Nichols, 28, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor theft. Police said he stole money from a cash register at Walmart when he was employed there.

Oct. 3 — Deontae J. Thompson, 31, of Detroit, Mich., was charged with possessing a small amount of marijuana. Police said he was stopped for several traffic violations.

Oct. 3 — Joyce M. Anderson, 49, of Butler, was charged with two counts of felony theft. Police said she left Walmart with $188 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

Oct. 2 — Margaret Slye, 70, of Saxonburg, and Wilbert Wehr, 71, of Butler, were involved in a vehicle accident. Police said Slye ran a red light at the intersection of S. Eberhart Road on Route 68 and hit Wehr’s vehicle.

Oct. 1 — Ryan Conlon, 37, of Vandergrift, and Sharon Lerch, 54, of Cowansville, were involved in a vehicle accident on Route 422. Police said Conlon’s vehicle hydroplaned on and it struck Lerch’s vehicle.

Oct. 1 — Two juveniles were charged with summary public drunkenness and disorderly conduct following an event at Butler Senior High School.

Sept. 26 — Richard A. Vega, 45, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor theft. Police said he left Walmart with a $400 item without paying for it.

Sept. 24 — Robert W. Beatty, 50, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor DUI. Police said his vehicle was stuck on train tracks on McCalmont Road. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired.

Sept. 24 — Barbara Umstead, 75, of Chicora, received a traffic citation. Police said she failed to stop at a stoplight and rear ended the vehicle of Morgan Richards, 23, of Petrolia. Police said the drivers and Richards’ passengers were transported for injuries to Butler Memorial Hospital.

Oct. 3 — David P. Rzepinski, 61, of Sarver, was charged with felonies criminal trespassing and stalking and misdemeanors criminal mischief and harassment. Police said he broke the back door window of a residence in an attempt to enter and later told police he drove past the residence and stopped at adjacent residences to watch the homeowner.

Sept. 26 — Nicholas B. Defelice Wetzel, 31, of Butler, was charged with a misdemeanor DUI. Police said he crashed his vehicle on South Benbrook Road, Center Township. Police said he showed signs of impairment.

Sept. 26 — Kurt S. Pohto, 61, of Butler, was charged with four misdemeanor DUIs. Police said they stopped him July 19 at the intersection of Sunset Drive and Mahood Road, Center Township. Police said field sobriety test showed he was impaired, and a later test showed Pohto’s blood had traces of methamphetamine, fentanyl and marijuana.

Sept. 27 — Trevor G. Walker, 32, of Butler, was charged with a misdemeanor DUI after police said they stopped him Aug. 13 on Mercer Road, Center Township. Police said a later blood test showed Walker’s blood-alcohol content at 0.143%. In a Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
