Police Reports

The following items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Adams Twp

Sept. 22 — Michael A. Myers, 42, of Mars, was charged with a felony of driving under the influence after police said they stopped him on Adams Ridge Boulevard. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired.

Cranberry Twp

Sept. 20 — Camaron J. Harris, 33, of Gibsonia, was charged with misdemeanor theft after police said he left the Clarion Inn without paying his bill of $887.

Butler Twp

Sept. 23 — Cassandra Allio, 20, of Chicora, was charged with misdemeanor theft after police said she left Walmart with $206 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

Sept. 21 — Michelle L. Zang, 44, of Butler, and Samantha Oesterling, 22, of Butler, were involved in a vehicle crash at Evans City and South Duffy roads. Police said Zang was administered a traffic violation after she turned her vehicle in front of Oesterling's vehicle.

Sept. 18 — John Fox, 30, of Butler, was involved in a vehicle crash after police said he failed to negotiate a right turn from South Benbrook Road to Greenwood Drive. Police said Fox was driving a truck pulling a trailer when he lost control of the vehicle.

Aug. 26 — Joyce Anderson, 49, of Butler and Greg Thomas, 51, of Butler, were charged with two counts of retail theft after police said they left Walmart with $188 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

Jackson Twp

Sept. 22 — Thomas S. Thomas, 62, of McKeesport, was charged with misdemeanors theft and cashing bad checks after police said he gave a bad check totaling $681 to a business and owes that business $721.

State police, Butler

Sept. 23 — Tashawa L. Francis, 30, of Chicora, was charged with misdemeanor theft after police said she left Dollar General with $242 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

Sept. 22 — Scott T. McNeil, 22, of Butler, was charged with a misdemeanor DUI after police said they stopped him Sept. 18 on Bennett Drive, Franklin Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired.

Sept. 22 — Russell J. Mogel, 36, of Saegertown, was charged with two misdemeanor DUIs after police said they stopped him Sept. 16 on Interstate 79, Lancaster Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed Mogel’s blood-alcohol content at 0.181%.

Sept. 22 — Robert E. Horner, 45, of Reynoldsville, was charged with a felony and misdemeanor of a false written statement after police said he answered a question incorrectly when applying to purchase a firearm at Logan’s Gun Gallery in North Washington Township.

Sept. 21 — Lanny E. Dillaman, 64, of West Sunbury, was charged with six misdemeanor DUIs after police said he crashed his vehicle into a ditch Aug. 15 on Glenn Road, Clay Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed Dillaman’s blood-alcohol content at 0.188% with traces of marijuana and Tramadol. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Sept. 20 — Mariah S. Glenn, 24, of Grove City, was charged with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia after police said they stopped her Sept. 16 on Harmony Road, Mercer Township. Police said a broken meth pipe was found in her vehicle following a search.

Sept. 20 — Cory E. Ragland, 21, of Carnegie, was charged with a misdemeanor DUI after police said they stopped him Sept. 3 on Kiester Road, Slippery Rock Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and Ragland told police he smoked marijuana four hours prior to driving.

Sept. 20 — Nicole E. Brown, 38, of West Sunbury, was charged with felony retail theft after police said she left Giant Eagle in Center Township with several items without paying for them.

Sept. 20 — Samantha R. Montgomery, 28, of Butler, was charged with a felony and misdemeanor of a false written statement after police said she answered two questions incorrectly when applying to purchase a firearm at Rural King.

Sept. 20 — Kristy A. Farnen, 41, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanors of possessing drugs after police said they found a plastic spoon and two Lorazepam pills during a search of her purse. Police said Farnen told them she flushed an empty stamp bag down the toilet before they arrived.

Sept. 19 — Scott L. Gould, 49, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUIs after police said they stopped him Sept. 9 near the intersection of Hansen Avenue and Fairground Hill Road, Butler City. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed Gould’s blood-alcohol content at 0.105%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Zelienople

Sept. 22 — Ryan P. Dugan, 36, of Rochester, was charged with two misdemeanor DUIs after police said they stopped him Sept. 15 on South High Street. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed Dugan’s blood-alcohol content level at 0.189%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Sept. 19 — Suzanne M. Baker, 49, of Renfrew, was charged with three misdemeanors of theft after police said she left Boutique 16063 with $215 worth of merchandise without paying for it.
