These items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Sept. 15 — Scott H. Moody, 52, of Sarver, was charged with misdemeanor DUI. Police said they stopped his vehicle Sept. 2 on Route 228. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed his blood-alcohol content at 0.160%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Sept. 17 — Brandon L. Russell, 29, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUIs. Police said they responded to a hit-and-run crash on North Main Street Extension. Police said once they located Russell, he showed signs of impairment.

Sept. 19 — Nicole T. Finucan, 37, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanors theft and possessing drug paraphernalia. Police said she took a phone from a person in Walmart and was carrying a glass crack pipe, a metal crack pipe, a hypodermic syringe and plastic bags during the time of arrest.

7:13 a.m. Sept. 16 — Police responded to a single-vehicle crash at Route 422 near the North Duffy Road overpass. Police said Jason Sheppard, 38, of Euclid, Ohio, rear-ended the vehicle of John Fleeger, 27, of Cabot, after Fleeger’s vehicle swerved on the roadway. Police said no one was injured.

8:55 a.m. Sept. 15 — Police responded to a single-vehicle crash at the intersection of Meridian Road and McCalmont Road. Police said Lisa Philbrook, 28, of Butler, drove her vehicle off the right side of the road and hit a tree. Police said Philbrook was not injured.

Sept. 20 — Emily N. Merrick, 23, of Cranberry Township, was charged with felony retail theft. Police said she left Kohl’s with $1,025 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

Sept. 19 — Tyler S. Mitro, 29, of Sewickley, was charged with three felony DUIs. Police said they stopped him on Interstate 79. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed Mitro’s blood-alcohol content at 0.151% with traces of marijuana.

Sept. 17 — David J. Terrazas, 67, of Whiting, Ind., was charged with felony misrepresentation to acquire a controlled substance and misdemeanor forgery. Police said he forged a prescription for promethazine codeine syrup and attempted to get the prescription filled for someone who does not exist.

Sept. 15 — Ryan S. Morris, 37, and his mother, Nancy L. Morris, 64, both of Seven Fields, were charged with DUIs stemming from an Aug. 26 traffic stop. Police said they initially stopped Ryan Morris, and field sobriety tests showed he was impaired. A later blood test showed his blood-alcohol content at 0.220%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%. Ryan Morris had been following his mother in his vehicle, and she stopped after a trooper pulled her son over. Police said when they talked with her, they suspected her of drinking too, and field sobriety tests showed she was impaired. A later blood test showed her blood-alcohol content at 0.160%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Sept. 15 — Anthony W. Ritacco and Darwin S. Paschal, both 26, of Pittsburgh, were charged with two misdemeanor DUIs. Police said they responded to a vehicle crash on Route 19 at Freedom Road. Police said field sobriety tests showed they were impaired, and a later blood test showed Ritacco’s blood-alcohol content at 0.14% and Paschal’s at 0.129%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Sept. 15 — Nancy R. Iovino, 73, of Pittsburgh, was charged with misdemeanor DUI. Police said they responded Aug. 11 to a woman who was parked in a parking lot and who appeared to be drunk. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired. Police said she later refused to have her blood tested.

Sept. 18 — Samuel D. Cravener, 21, of Butler, was charged with two misdemeanor DUIs. Police said they responded to a disturbance at Dunkin’ on South Main Street. Police said Cravener was revving his vehicle’s engine, and field sobriety tests showed he was impaired. A later blood test showed Cravener’s blood-alcohol content at 0.212% In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Sept. 19 — Caleb A. Gray, 22, of Plum, was charged with two misdemeanor DUIs. Police said they stopped him Sept. 16 on Kiester Road. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed Gray’s blood-alcohol content at 0.107%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Sept. 19 — Marc- Anthony Hattaway, 32, of Fenelton, was charged with felony and misdemeanor false written statement. Police said he answered questions falsely on an application for a firearm at Rural King in Center Township.

Sept. 15 — Samantha B. Bish, 30, of Butler, and Shauna M. Cress, 36, of Butler, were charged with misdemeanor counts of drug and paraphernalia possession. Police said they stopped a vehicle March 22 in Penn Township. Police said they were passengers in the vehicle in which heroin and needles were found. Cress additionally had active warrants for her arrest.

Sept. 15 — Ryan P. Ehrman, 19, of Harmony, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after police said they stopped him Aug. 19 on South Duffy Road near its intersection with Staley Avenue, Butler Township. Police said they saw marijuana in a small plastic bag on a seat. A later blood test showed marijuana in his system.

Sept. 18 — Michele L. Van Balen, 47, of Mars, was charged with felony retail theft. Police said she left Local Boutique Kids with $175 worth of merchandise without paying for it.
