I hope that the county commissioners will stand up to the bullies who have been so disruptive to our democratic processes. How many votes need to be recounted, in how many states and counties, before Trump’s supporters will accept the result? The answer is none. None of the dozens of recounts have found any evidence of organized voter fraud. Yet, the madness continues.

Butler County should be extremely proud of the results of our recount, which found only one discrepancy, which involved an incompletely filled-in circle. The commissioners and the taxpayers have done more than enough to address any concerns of fraud.

It is time to stand up to the madness.
