Area basketball players earn All-KSAC honors
A number of Butler County area basketball players have been named All-Keystone Shortway Athletic Conference for their exploits on the court this season.
Micah Rupp of Karns City and Caden Rainey of Union made first team All-KSAC on the boys side. The Gremlins’ Luke Cramer and Moniteau’s Kyle Pry picked up second team honors. Karns Citys Taite Beighley and A-C Valley’s Jay Clover made third team.
On the girls side, Union’s Dominika Logue made first team. Moniteau’s Catherine Kelly earned second team honors. Karns City’s Brooke Manuel and Rossi McMillen made third team, along with Union’s Keira Croyle.
Bret Wingard of Keystone and Alivia Huffman of Redbank Valley were named KSAC boys and girls basketball MVPs, respectively.
