Samuel Everson of Gibsonia was one of 15 Aquinas Academy of Pittsburgh seniors and recent graduates who were awarded AP Scholar awards by the College Board.

Everson was awarded the AP Scholar with Honor award.

The AP Scholar with Honor award is granted to students who receive an average score of at least 3.25 on all AP exams taken, and scores of 3 or higher on four or more of these exams.

Genevieve Archer of Renfrew received the AP Scholar with Distinction award.

The AP Scholar with Distinction award is granted to students who receive an average score of at least 3.5 on all AP exams taken, and scores of 3 or higher on five or more of these exams.

Anna Chiprean of Butler received the Excellence in Community Service and Philanthropy Award at the 2021 Celebration of Excellence in Fraternity and Sorority Life last month at the Slippery Rock University Smith Student Center Ballroom.

Chiprean is a senior homeland security major who is a member of Alpha Xi Delta.
