Charter Homes and Neighborhoods will welcome individuals and families to view plans for a new neighborhood in Cranberry Township from 1 to 3:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 15, at 6609 Mars Road.

The Saturday event encourages individuals and families to preview the floor plans for over 500 multi-family homes and townhomes planned for Crescent, a 115-acre development.

Charter Homes and Neighborhoods announced plans for the new neighborhood — its largest development yet — Wednesday.

Crescent is planned to include a lake, campsite and miles of wooded trails and walkways.

According to a news release, the development comes with a “focus on preserving 50 acres of natural spaces,” including an original farm pond and decades-old trees.
