Lunch slated as welcome to intern
VALENCIA — Valencia Presbyterian Church, 80 Sterrett St., invites the community to join the congregation for a welcome luncheon following its worship service Aug. 29.
The event is to welcome student intern Kerry Dowdy and her husband, Brian, into the church family.
Kerry will serve as liturgist during Sunday’s worship as well.
