Sentence Court
Judge Timothy McCune handed down the following sentences Thursday:
David Paul Goettler, 31, of Saltsburg, Indiana County, was sentenced to 24 months of probation and 25 hours of community service after pleading guilty to indecent assault. He was charged in January 2006 and pleaded guilty in March this year.
Brian Richard Leonard, 37, was sentenced to six to 12 months in jail in two cases and from time served to 12 months in prison in two other cases, and was immediately paroled. All the sentences run concurrently. The four cases against him involved drug and theft charges. He was charged in the cases in October 2019 and January 2020, and he pleaded guilty in February and September, respectively.
Joseph T. Bailie IV, 44, of Butler was sentenced to six months probation and fined $2,500 for driving with a suspended license. He was charged in September and pleaded guilty in April.
Travis Joseph Zaborowski, 31, of Cheswick was sentenced to 60 months of probation, six months in jail and filed a total of $2,500 for a second offense of driving under the influence and a summary traffic offense. He was charged in October 2020 and pleaded guilty in April this year.
Kevin Andrew Wirkowski, 38, of Sewickley was sentenced to 36 months of probation for driving under the influence of alcohol and firearms not to be carried without a license. He was charged in February 2020 and pleaded guilty in April this year.
Christopher James Hrach, 35, of Butler was sentenced to one year, minus one day, to two years, minus two days, and was given credit for time served and was immediately paroled for simple assault. He was charged in November 2019 and pleaded guilty in April this year.
Jeff Alan Westbrook, 56, of Slippery Rock was sentenced to 60 months probation and fined $1,000 for his second offense of driving under the influence and a summary traffic violation. He was charged in September 2019 and pleaded guilty in March.
Brian Andrew Stright, 54, of Cranberry Township was sentenced to 12 months of probation and ordered to pay $1,528 in restitution to Kenmac Rentals and Sales in Butler for theft of leased property. He was charged in November 2015 and pleaded guilty in April.
Joshua Nathan Seybert, 25, of Butler was sentenced to 60 months probation and fined $1,500 for his second offense of driving under the influence of a controlled substance. He was charged in September and pleaded guilty in April.
Hezekiah Lewis Myers, 19, of Butler was sentenced to six months of probation, fined $1,000 and ordered to pay $862 in restitution driving under the influence and disorderly conduct. He was charged in both cases in July 2020 and pleaded guilty in April.
David Shawn Storoz, 52 of Verona was sentenced to 60 months of probation, 90 days in jail with work release and fined $1,500 for his third driving under the influence offense and fleeing or attempting to elude police. He was charged in May 2020 and pleaded guilty in March.
Antonio Darnell Steadman, 48, of Butler was sentenced to 24 months probation for terroristic threats and recklessly endangering another person. He was charged in August and pleaded guilty in May.
Nicholas Gage Trudgen, 25, of Worthington was sentenced to six months of probation and ordered to pay $439 in restitution for use of an access device issued to another person who didn’t authority its use. He was charged in October and pleaded guilty in May.
Dezeray Lynn Angerette, 37, of Butler was sentenced to six months of probation and fined a total of $1,500 for driving under the influence and a summary traffic violation. She was charged in June 2020 and pleaded guilty in May.
Gregory David Beer Jr., 26, of Butler was sentenced to 12 months probation, 25 hours of community service and ordered to pay $446 in restitution for harassment. He was charged in October and pleaded guilty in May.
Jarrett J. Pokorny, 35, of Butler was sentenced to six month probation and was disqualified from purchasing firearms for statement under penalty. He was charged in April 2020 and pleaded guilty in May.
