Judge Timothy McCune handed down the following sentences Thursday:

Lawrence B. Nelisse, 37, of Lore City, Ohio, was sentenced to one to five years in prison and a $2,500 fine for his third offense of driving under the influence. Nelisse was charged May 26, 2020, and pleaded no contest March 16.

Christopher B. Myers, 38, of Natrona Heights, was sentenced to two to five years in jail and a $1,000 fine for possession with the intent to deliver and driving under the influence. Myers was charged April 4, 2020, and pleaded guilty March 25. He was sentenced in a second case to one year of probation and 25 hours of community service for an accident involving damage to an attended vehicle/property. He was charged Jan. 31, 2019, and pleaded guilty Jan. 18, 2020. In a third case, he was sentenced to one year or probation for possession of drug paraphernalia. He was charged Jan. 13, 2020, and pleaded guilty Aug. 18. In a fourth case, he was sentenced to one to three years in jail, a $1,500 fine and 50 hours of community service for driving under the influence. He was charged Nov. 28, 2018, and pleaded guilty Aug. 18, 2020.

William D. Dutter, 63, of Butler, was sentenced to three to six months in jail, a $300 fine and 60 hours of community service for driving under the influence. Dutter was immediately paroled with the first 14 days on house arrest. He was charged July 12, 2019, and pleaded guilty July 21, 2020.

Maxine J. Jacobson, 24, of Eau Claire, was sentenced to one year of probation and five hours of community service for possession of drug paraphernalia. Jacobson was charged April 6, 2020, and pleaded guilty April 7. In a second case, she was sentenced to one year of probation and five hours of community service for possession of drug paraphernalia. She was charged Aug. 4, 2020, and pleaded guilty April 7. In a third case, she was sentenced to one year of probation and five hours of community service for possession of drug paraphernalia. Jacobson was charged Sept. 24, and pleaded guilty April 7. In a fourth case, she was sentenced to one year of probation and five hours of community service for possession of drug paraphernalia. She was charged Oct. 9 and pleaded guilty April 7.

John J. Jackson, 44, with no known address, was sentenced to six months to a year in jail for disorderly conduct. Jackson was given 136 days of credit for time already served. Jackson was charged Dec. 15 and pleaded guilty March 31. In a second case, Jackson was sentenced to six months to one year in jail and six months of probation for recklessly endangering another person and driving under the influence. Jackson was also sentenced to 25 hours of community service and a $300 fine. He was charged Dec. 6 and pleaded guilty March 31.

Jeremiah C. Smith, 20, of Saxonburg, was sentenced to one year and six months of probation and a $100 fine for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Smith was charged Oct. 20 and pleaded guilty March 30.

Chad M. Foote, 24, with no known address, was sentenced to two years of probation and a $100 fine for simple assault.

Missy M. Emerick, 33, of Prospect, was sentenced to one year of probation and a $100 fine for disorderly conduct. Emerick was charged March 30, 2020, and pleaded guilty Feb. 23.

Dominic A. Sherrer, 32, of Butler was sentenced to five years of probation for two counts of firearms not to be carried without a license. Sherrer was charged Jan. 27, 2020, and pleaded guilty March 31. In a second case, Sherrer was sentenced to five years of probation for theft. Sherrer was charged Jan. 3, 2020, and pleaded guilty March 31.

James A. Cogley, 42, of Butler, was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in jail and $1,200 in fines for driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license. Cogley was charged Jan. 9, 2019, and pleaded guilty Dec. 16, 2020.

Katherine J. Yova, 39, of Slippery Rock, was sentenced to one year of probation and 25 hours of community service for insurance/intent to defraud. Yova was charged Feb. 19, 2019, and pleaded guilty March 16.
