The Butler County Association of Realtors recognized two Realtors for their achievements and service, and nearly 50 members received Circle of Excellence recognition.

Pina DiDomenico, of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices The Preferred Realty's Butler office, received the association's Realtor of the Year award, acknowledging her meritorious contributions to the real estate community.

DiDomenico has been a Realtor for nearly 25 years and serves on BCAR's board of directors. She is a graduate of West Virginia University.

The Rookie of the Year award was presented to Jonathan Kohn of Howard Hanna Real Estate Services's Butler office.

Kohn has made his presence known since his first day in real estate, making himself a market in an area that is not typically active, selling over $3 million in his first full year. “The association is pleased to highlight the outstanding achievements of our members who work to make a difference in their communities and the real estate industry,” said Lorraine DiDomenico, association president. “They are shining examples of dedicated professionals.” The Circle of Excellence recognizes Realtors for their production activities throughout the previous year.
