Grove City College student entrepreneur Cameron Suorsa of Slippery Rock took top spots in PTC Hackathon.

Suorsa was on the winning second-place team, and A.J. Bernsdorff, of Sylvania, Ohio, was a finalist in the virtual competition, which challenged students to “build” a successful business over a weekend.

Soursa's AdRider team used a network of digital advertising on the sides of Pittsburgh city buses to reduce fares, increase revenue for the Port Authority and promote local small business.

George Isaac III of Cranberry Township was recently initiated into the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, the nation's oldest and most selective all-discipline collegiate honor society. Isaac was initiated at George Mason University, Fairfax City, Va.Isaac is among approximately 30,000 students, faculty, professional staff and alumni to be initiated into Phi Kappa Phi each year.
