Kelly Benson scored 15 points and the Slippery Rock High girls basketball team stifled Grove City in a battle on unbeatens, 42-12, Thursday night.
Slippery Rock (6-0, 5-0) led 28-4 at the half.
Maryann Ackerman added 10 for the Rockets.
Hannah Reiber led Grove City (4-1, 4-1) with five points.
