Defense shines in Knoch's win over Indiana

Defense was the name of the game Wednesday night for the Knoch boys basketball team.

The Knights (4-3, 3-1) allowed only 11 points in the first half at Indiana and cruised to a 58-24 victory. Indiana fell to 0-5 with the loss.

Zack McMillen led Knoch with 16 points. Ryan Lang pitched in with 15 and Blaze Voltz added 12.

Freeport had a bye Wednesday, but still posted stellar scores at Wildlife Lanes.Mark Livingston rolled a 704 series, including games of 280 and 235.
