To make a donation to the Caring Angel Fund and to receive your own chocolate angels, follow these steps:

Visit www.butlerhealthsystem.org/BHS-Foundation

Click on the link that says “CLICK HERE TO ORDER”

Enter the donation amount. Donors will receive one chocolate angel for every $3 of their donation amount.

Enter the recipient and sender names. For angels to be delivered to employees, please include the department. All angels without personalization will be given directly to you.

Fill out billing address.

Fill out payment details, which for community members can be by credit or debit card; only BHS employees will be able to pay through payroll deduction.

Community pickup will take place from 4 to 6 p.m. Feb. 11 through a drive-through method at the Brady Street Lobby entrance.
