Sentencings
Judge Timothy McCune handed down the following sentences on Thursday:
Tokin Lynn Roy, 42, of Butler was sentenced to six months of probation with the first 15 days on house arrest with electronic monitoring and a $300 fine for driving under the influence. Roy was charged Oct. 12, 2018, and pleaded guilty Dec. 1.
Lacy Whitefe Aufdencamp, 26, of Butler was sentenced to six months of probation and a $300 fine for driving under the influence. Aufdencamp was charged Sept. 24, 2019, and pleaded guilty Dec. 2.
Robyn Jean Dicola, 51, of Butler was sentenced to five years of probation with the first year on house arrest with electronic monitoring and must serve 25 hours of community service for acquiring possession of a controlled substance. Dicola was charged Jan. 31, 2020, and pleaded guilty Dec. 22.
David Lee Weichey Jr., 38, of Butler was sentenced to 15 to 30 months in prison followed by one year of probation for conspiring to possess a controlled substance with intention to deliver. Weichey was charged July 2 and pleaded guilty Jan. 5.
Joseph C. Weber, 51, of Sarver was sentenced to six to 18 months in jail followed by three and a half years of probation for driving under the influence. Weber must also serve a $1,500 fine and 100 hours of community service. Weber was immediately paroled with the first six months on house arrest. Weber was charged Dec. 16, 2019 and pleaded guilty Dec. 2.
Christopher Michael Losser Jr., 23, of Butler was sentenced to six months of probation and must pay $125 in fines for possession of drug paraphernalia and removal of certificate of vehicle inspection.
Jonathan J. Dillingham, 28, of Butler was sentenced to five years of probation with the first 105 days on house arrest with electronic monitoring for driving under the influence. Dillingham must also pay a 100 hours of community service and pay a $1,500 fine. Dillingham was charged June 10, 2019, and pleaded guilty Aug. 25.
Johanne Lillian Minetti, 50, of Slippery Rock was sentenced to five years of probation with the first 105 days on house arrest with electronic monitoring and must pay a $1,500 fine for driving under the influence. Minetti was charged Dec. 18, 2019, and pleaded guilty Dec. 2.
