August 3, 1983 to
December 8, 2014.
Snow covered the ground. There was no one else around.
Trees covered in white with no man, bird or car in sight.
Snow covered your body, beneath so deep.
Knowing this inflicted, such agony and grief.
It was easier in the Spring, when the sun shone all around.
But what is easy anyway, when you are nowhere to be found.
Lives are forever broken, now that you aren’t here.
But know that you are forever loved, and Mom and Dad are always near.
Your mom and dad here on Earth, stand beside you everyday.
Your passing has changed life for them, in every possible way.
They stand beside your graveside, no matter what time says.
Each and everyday, no matter how impossible it is.
While the snow stops others, they find their way to you.
For the rest of their life here, this is what they’ll do.
Rest assured sweet angel, this you should know, with ground covered white, their footprints are in the snow.
Love,
Mom and Dad
