King appearing on 'The Sean Hannity Show' on Fox News
Butler attorney Tom King is appearing on “The Sean Hannity Show” Thursday on Fox News to discuss election integrity issues and a request from some state Republican House members for Gov. Tom Wolf to convene the General Assembly for a special session on election oversight and integrity.
King said he will be interviewed remotely from a TV studio in Pittsburgh for the 9 p.m. show.
He said he will be discussing lawsuits about election integrity in several states, including Pennsylvania, and affidavits from three whistle-blowers who allegedly witnessed possible election fraud.
One of the whistle-blowers is a truck driver from Lancaster who told the Amistad Project of the Thomas More Society that in October he hauled a trailer containing 144,000 to 288,000 completed Pennsylvania mail-in ballots from Bethpage, in Long Island, N.Y., to Pennsylvania, but those ballots have not been accounted for, said King, who serves as special counsel to the society.
In addition, he said he will talk about a call from more than 30 state House Republicans led by Daryl Metcalfe, R-12th, for Wolf to convene the General Assembly for a special session on election oversight and integrity.
Metcalfe issued a news release containing 15 questions they want Secretary of State Kathleen Boockvar to answer regarding the election process.
“We call on you to exercise the authority granted to you in our Pennsylvania constitution to call the General Assembly immediately into session, so that we can provide the election oversight the public deserves,” the news release states.
