The Joe Beretta Foundation has a virtual “Heart & Home Holiday Party” planned at 7 p.m. Saturday.

People can attend this event as an individual, in the privacy of their home, or add a few family members and friends to a party list.

The party will include entertainment, music, prizes and testimonials from patients and their families. There will also be comments from medical experts at UPMC. The event’s online silent auction is open.

The Joe Beretta Foundation, a local nonprofit founded in July 2016, has partnered with UPMC to raise funds for end-stage heart failure patients.

The ultimate goal is to open Papa Joe’s House, a hospitality home that will serve this population.
