The Franklin Township supervisors have postponed their regular monthly meeting that was scheduled Monday due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Supervisors decided to postpone the meeting following an emergency meeting Thursday morning with county officials about slowing the spread of the virus.

The meeting location had been moved to the Atrium because a large audience was expected to discuss a proposed property maintenance ordinance.

A new date for the meeting has not been set.
