Those involved in freight and passenger rail and the public are invited to attend one of two meetings required to complete the State Rail Plan, which is updated every four years.

The state Department of Transportation and the Federal Railroad Administration will accept input at virtual public meetings from 4 to 5 p.m. Nov. 16 and from 6 to 7 p.m. Nov. 17.
