Homecoming Court
MARS — Mars Area High School crowned its 2020 homecoming king and queen at the school’s annual homecoming football game Sept. 25. Senior Teddy Ruffner, 18, son of John and Christine Ruffner of Mars, was crowned king prior to the start of the game. Senior Emily Mayer, 17, daughter of Davy and Lisa Mayer of Butler, was crowned queen at halftime. Mars lost the game to Plum, 49 to 21.
