Soup of Course
Batch co-owner Jessica Brewster puts the finishing touches on a vegetable soup Wednesday, preparing for Saxonburg’s Progressive Dinner that evening. The event included stops at a number of Saxonburg’s restaurants and cafes as part of a multi-course meal. Each stop served a different course. “We just love it. It gives us a chance to show what we do,” Brewster said. “It’s community, not competition.”
