Collins 95th birthday
Ethel M. Collins of Butler will celebrate her 95th birthday on May 22 with a family dinner.
Ethel May Smith was born on May 22, 1925, in Herman.
She married Ralph Victor Collins on Feb. 7, 1942, at St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church in Herman. He preceded her in death on June 2, 2003.
She is the mother of nine children who include the late Ronald Collins, the late Leslie Collins, Eileen Saul of Newport Beach, Calif., Sandra L. Collins Young of Dallas, Texas, Donna Collins of Butler, Beth Biagi of Seattle, Wash., James Collins of Seattle, Wash., Mary Ann Collins of West Hollywood, Calif., and Laurie Schirra of Butler.
Ethel also has 19 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
She attends St. Paul Roman Catholic Church in Butler, and is a retired Realtor.
