Lions donation

The Butler Lions Club recently donated money to the Butler City Police to help purchase Stop The Bleed Kits for the department's eight patrol cars. The kits could help save a life because, according to Officer Cheryl Litz, depending on where an injury is located, a victim could bleed to death three minutes. Kits used in the patrol cars cost around $100 each. From left, Litz and Sgt. Nick Shulik talk with Butler Lions Club President Janet Flecken. For more information, call Litz at 412-303-9909.
