ADAMS TWP — Mars School Board approved several items Tuesday night:
The retirement of Donna E. Dallatore, effective at the end of the school year
Andrea R. Johnston and Gabrielle Olson as paraprofessionals
Jacquelyn Buck as a bus driver and aide for A.J. Myers & Sons
Rich Schoeffel and Mike Bordt as baseball coaches, with $3,987 and $3,114 stipends, respectively
Unpaid leave for Yvonne Scott
An agreement with Allegheny Intermediate Unit for vision support services
A 40-month print management plan with AmCom
Phase II of the district network project with BluChip Solutions
An agreement with the Center for Community Resources to coordinate services for district families and individuals
Megan Fabanich, Maria Kuchta, Mike DelDuca, Mark Varlotta and Joe Haefner to attend the special education conference March 9 through 11 in Hershey, paid via a grant
Policies 209.2 (diabetes management), 702.1 (crowd funding) and 913.2 (commercial advertising)
Lease agreements with Mars Youth Lacrosse Association and Mars Girls Youth Lacrosse Association for March 1 through June 30
Three district students to miss school for educational trips
A $2,966 Box Tops for Education donation to the elementary school
The board met in executive session before, during and after the meeting for matters of personnel.

ADAMS TWP — Supervisors approved several items Monday night:
Transferring $2,000 from the park fund money market to the park fund checking account and $250,000 from the general fund money market to the general fund checking account
Adopting Hollyberry Court as a township road, contingent upon proper review by township officials
Not applying for a Butler County Park grant
Amendments to the public works contract regarding the employee call-out process
Pursuing a 2,000-ton salt purchase via COSTARS, the Pennsylvania cooperative purchasing program, for next winter
Paying the township’s first quarterly library contribution in the amount of $40,000
Appointing Rochelle Seideneck and Megan Cross to the park and recreation board
Bond releases in the amounts of $716,939 and $6,286 for GetGo
A partial vacation — or public abandonment — of Hespenheide Road for development purposes.
