Closer to spring?
A PennDOT truck Sunday morning spreads salt on Mars-Evans City Road following a light coating of snow that fell over Butler County. There were at least two accidents between 8:40 and 9 a.m. on the same road, in Forward and Adams townships, but no injuries were reported, authorities said. Temperatures rose during the day, hitting the 50-degree mark, The forecast for Monday also calls for a high in the low 50s.
