SARVER — Do you have trouble remembering names of people you meet in church? Where you left your keys? What you intended to pick up at the grocery store?

Come to a free 2-hour seminar at 3 p.m. Feb. 4 at Zion United Methodist Church, 438 Bear Creek Road, where speech-language pathologist Kendra McAlear will teach strategies to improve memory.

Take something to take notes with — writing things down is a great memory tool.
