The 2020 Butler County Area Baseball League will hold its first informational/interest meeting at 6 p.m. Jan. 26 at the Lyndora Hotel.

The meeting will be in the upstairs banquet room.

Any team interested in joining the league may call Larry Stelitano at 724-553-4409 or email larsstel@hotmail.com for more information. All returning or potentially interested teams should plan to attend the meeting.

The BCABL is open to players 19 and under. This will be the 54th year of the baseball organization overall, its third as the BCABL.

Volleyball clinics

BUTLER TWP — Butler County Community College volleyball will hold its spring clinic series in February, March and April.

The sessions follow:

Session 1: Hitting, Feb. 22, 10 a.m. to noon, $25 per player

Session 2: Setting , March 21, 9 to 10:30 a.m., $20 per player

Session 3: Serving, March 21, 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., $20 per player

Session 4: Position Skills, April 4, 10 a.m. to noon, $25 per player

Session 5: Defense/Serve Receive, April 18, 10 a.m. to noon, $25 per player.
