FREEPORT — Cornerstone Baptist Bible Church, 17 Overbrook Lane, honors the birth of Jesus by hosting a Christmas musical entitled “I Heard the Bells” at 7 p.m. Friday.

This musical, produced by Megan and Adams Morgan of Majesty Music, features several choral arrangements and a drama read by a cast of characters from the church.

HARMONY — For over 20 years, the Seneca Valley School District has hosted an Annual Senior Holiday Event.This special holiday presentation is for senior citizens living in the Seneca Valley School District Community and will be at 9:30 a.m. Thursday in the intermediate high school, 126 Seneca School Road.This year’s event has been modified to be a breakfast event that begins at 9:30 a.m. with a continental breakfast in the Seneca Valley Intermediate High School cafeteria.It will be immediately followed by student performances. Doors open at 9 a.m.
