SLIPPERY ROCK — The Olde Town Harmony Barbershop Chorus and the Friendship Presbyterian Church Second Saturday Concert series are partnering for a benefit concert for the North Butler County Feed My Sheep Food Cupboard.

The Saturday event begins at 6:30 p.m. with complimentary beverages and snacks and a 7 p.m. concert at the Friendship Presbyterian Community Center at 886 New Castle Road, Slippery Rock.

A freewill offering will be received. Checks should be made payable to the Friendship Presbyterian Church.

Homeacre Chapel, 340 Whitestown Road, will have four services with music and messages from the Brian Lott family at 1:30 p.m. Sunday and 7 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.The services are open to the public.

LYNDORA — The Purses and Pistols ladies day out will take place Saturday at the Butler Vagabonds Hall, 138 Whitestown Road.Doors open at 5 p.m., and the event starts at 6 p.m.There will be food and drink available, vendors and prizes.Tickets are available at EDCO Park or the Butler Vagabonds or from members of the EDCO Park Authority or the Evans City Lions Club.
