Mary “Louise” O'Donnell of Lowrie Place celebrated her 90th birthday with a family gathering Oct. 12 at Lowrie Place.

The former Mary Young was born Oct. 12, 1929, in Chicora.

She married Harry R. O'Donnell Nov. 20, 1948, at Mater Dolorosa Roman Catholic Church, Chicora. He died March 2, 1986.

She has five children, Harry “Butch” (Linda) O'Donnell of Chicora, Dennis (Doris) O'Donnell of Chicora, Steve (Sherry) O'Donnell of Butler, Jay (Connie) O'Donnell of Butler, and Judy O'Donnell of Chicora.

She also has 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
