Carol Sue and Paul Hartzell

Paul and Carol Sue Hartzell of Butler celebrated 50 years of marriage with a family dinner Aug. 5 in Saxonburg.

Hartzell married the former Carol Sue Riemer on Oct. 10, 1969, at Nixon United Methodist Church in Penn Township.

They have three children, Jeffrey Paul Hartzell of Butler, Brenda Sue Tatusko of Duncansville, and Brain David Hartzell of Antioch, Tenn.

They also have five grandchildren.Hartzell retired from AGR.He is vice president of the Butler Farm Show board of directors.
