FENELTON — St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Parish, 668 Clearfield Road, Fenelton, is hosting an Apple Dumpling Festival from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.

Admission is free.

The festival will feature fresh baked apple dumplings, homemade haluski, stuffed cabbage, soups and more, both eat in and take out.

There will also be large rummage and bake sales.

BRADY TWP — Jennings Environmental Education Center, 2951 Prospect Road, invites families from 2 to 4 p.m. Oct. 13 to become “nature detectives” at the center.Unravel the mystery of what things in nature move through the air and why.Jennings' Nature Detectives programs are designed for families with children age 6 and older. Children should be accompanied by a parent or other adult.
