Middlesex OKs prelim plans for Crosscreek
MIDDLESEX TWP. — The planning commission Tuesday night approved three private subdivisions and preliminary plans for the Crosscreek development.
Hampton Technical Associates Inc. Vice President and Operations Manager Mark Lesnick presented the Crosscreek blueprint.
“We addressed a lot of the comments from HRG last month,” Lesnick said.
Changes included dropping the number of development lots from 64 to 59 and relocating a pond to ease flooding concerns.
“That's pretty much it,” said Lesnick.
HRG and township engineer Jeff Mikesic said the plan's remaining outstanding comments — which refer to things like utilities, stormwater management and erosion and sediment plans — will be addressed during the final approval stage. Mikesic said the development's geotech report will be completed and reviewed by then.
Mikesic said the plan added some “new comments” regarding a recent traffic study. Details will be cemented before the final approval.
“None of them are design-related comments,” Mikesic concluded. “Since it's coming back (for the final approval), I'm comfortable.”
Plans put Crosscreek along Forsythe Road and will maintain existing wetlands.
