Retiring flags
Anthony Leitem, 15, of East Brady, a member of Boy Scouts of America Troop 217, respectfully adds a retired American Flag to a burn barrel at Chicora Municipal Park on Friday during the group's annual Flag Retirement ceremony. American Legion Post 642 members joined in the event that retires flags collected from throughout the region.
