Lou (Dad) it is so hard to believe that you would be 72 today. In our minds you will always remain forever young.

We miss the strength you brought us

And the comfort that it gave,

And on your birthday it is so hard

Pretending to be brave.

But all of us have found hidden courage

That helps to see us through.

It guides us and protects us

And we know it comes from you.

Here on earth we shared a life

A most happy family were we.

We feel that you are with us

In everything we do.
