The Monarch Institute, 100 Brugh Ave., hosts Louise Stanger beginning at 9 a.m. Feb. 12 for a six-hour interactive course, “Professional Ethics in the Digital Age.”

This interactive training will take a closer look at rules and regulations governing digital communications, the use of social media, telepsychology, crossing state lines as a licensed provider, advertising and ethics, the impact of the opioid epidemic on delivery of services, legalization of marijuana, and global ethical issues.

There will be six continuing education credits available. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m.

JACKSON TWP — Seneca Valley will host free evening presentations focusing on a varied number of subjects affecting schools.

The first presentation, “Bullying Prevention in a Time of Cell Phones and Social Media,” will be 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the senior high school auditorium, 128 Seneca School Road.

These programs are not recommended for children. Childcare will be provided for parents who wish to attend.

A birth certificate, proof of residency and immunization records are required on the day of registration.
