Kathy and George Snyder

Kathy and George Snyder of Butler celebrated 40 years of marriage with a Dec. 16 family dinner.

Snyder married the former Kathy Huston on Dec. 16, 1978, at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church in Butler.

They have three children, Steven Snyder of Greencastle, Ind., Jennifer Lesnik of Fox Chapel and Benjamin Snyder of Columbus, Ohio.

They also have six grandchildren.

He is a retired guidance counselor in the Pine-Richland School District.

He is a member of the Sunny Majors Travel Club.

Mrs. Snyder is a retired elementary school teacher with the Highlands School District.

The Snyders are members of St. Mark’s Lutheran Church in Butler.
