LeMoyne Frank Crouch
LeMoyne Frank Crouch, known as Moyne, Toad and Lee, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, July 10, 2018, at the VA Hospital hospice wing in Roseburg, Ore.
He and his twin brother were born Nov. 14, 1944, in Tarentum, to George and Alberta Layton Crouch.
He graduated from Knoch High School in 1962.
After graduation, he joined the U.S. Army and spent time in Germany and Vietnam, where he worked in radio and communications.
In 1965, he married Margie Miller in Evans City. They settled in Roseburg, Ore., in 1983.
He worked as an electrician and millwright.
He had fond memories of the life back home, tending animals and putting up hay during the summers at the Leslie farm.
He loved to travel and he especially enjoyed his grandkids, often telling them “I know you'll do great” with whatever new thing they were trying out.
He is survived by his children, Brian Crouch, Todd Crouch and Shelley (David) Campbell, all of Roseburg, Ore.; his grandchildren, Wendy Crouch, James Crouch and Sara (Justin) Oviat, William and Kate Crouch, Trystan, Craig, Sam, Elizabeth, Levi and Grace Campbell; and one great-granddaughter, Alesana Oviat.
He is also survived by his twin brother, LaMont (Gerry) Crouch of Sequim, Wash.; two sisters, Janice (Paul) Filatoff of Hemet, Calif., and Mary Simpson of Saxonburg; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Margie; his sister and brother-in-law, Bonnie and Ken Leslie; and his niece, Laura Richey.
