LYNDORA — The Rev. Paisius McGrath and the parishioners of SS. Peter and Paul Ukrainian Orthodox Church, 21 Evergreen Road, invite the surrounding communities to their holiday open house Dec. 9.

The Sunday worship service begins at 10 a.m. followed by a continental breakfast social gathering in the dining room of the Ukrainian Hall on Arbor Street.

The museum and library on the lower level of the church will be open to visitors who would like to view the displays or borrow books.

NORTH WASHINGTON — “A Handcrafted Christmas” craft show will be from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Dec. 8 at the North Washington Social Hall, 2231 Oneida Valley Road.

There will also be an auction and lunch available for purchase.

FREEPORT — The Freeport Library, 428 Market St., sponsors a fundraising flea market and bake sale from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.

There will be seasonal decor, toys games, household items and used books of all genres, as well as CDs and DVDs, for sale.
