MIDDLESEX TWP — Supervisors gave final approval to the Mill Creek Planned Residential Development at their Wednesday evening meeting.

The nearly 32-acre development will be situated on State Road near Valley Drive and feature 18 single-family units and 72 multifamily units as well as a clubhouse and a swimming pool.

To alleviate the impact on traffic and safety concerns, State Road will be widened and a bank on the property in question will be cut back to eliminate what has been described as a blind spot.
