6 p.m. Wednesday, “I Matter Too: Give Care to the Care Giver First.” If you are someone who cares for others with a lot of needs, special needs, or find yourself as the one everyone turns to when they have a problem, this mini-session, presented by Debra Myers, a stress management consultant and educator, is for you. 10 to 10:45 a.m. Aug. 15, “Butler Spinners and Weavers-themed story time for children of all ages.” Register for story time at the library or by calling 724-625-9048.

10:45 a.m. — 12 p.m. Aug. 15 “Butler Spinners and Weavers Open House” for adults and children to enjoy demonstrations on spinning wheels and weaving looms. Registration is not required for the open house portion of this event.

4 to 7 p.m. Aug. 15 “Adult Craft Night — Fall Twig Wreath.” Come any time during this craft open house. Materials will be provided. Sign up at the library or call 724-625-9048 to register.
